It looks like Vega was not to be

I had been holding out for Vega however it looks like it's not to be. If someone could have a look over the build below and let me know if there are any faux pas I am making. For example if I should be looking at a better PSU, a different model of GPU or if the motherboard I've picked won't be able to overclock very well.
