An important realization at day 30.

I'm currently in the longest streak I've ever had and with it I'm having odd urges. They're not just the "I gotta watch naked women" but something much deeper. It's a deep emotional urge.

Like, you know that feeling you get when a girl you like talks to you and you notice that she is showing interest? That feeling. I now see that my porn use wasn't just the desire for sex I wasn't getting, but instead a feeling of appreciation and, well, love that I wasn't getting.

This explains why it has been so hard to quit now. And also explains that this streak happened after I told a friend about how I've been PMOing for so long.
