New to the sub, not to the manga/anime

Hi, was looking for a place to discuss this with people, don't know why i didn't think of the subreddit earlier...

But anyways, so Lord Boros is the second strongest thing in the universe (that we know of) right? I'm caught up with everything and IMO none of the new villains would have even held a candle to Saitama, meanwhile Boros is withstanding several punches by Saitama. Thoughts?
