How long does it take to ship a cable? Also no EMAILS from support.

https://i.imgur.com/9kxWbR6.jpg I bought an SF600 on July 21st, It did not come with a CPU 4+4 cable. I don't know what I was thinking trying to get one through support. After waiting almost a week for a response and finally getting the RMA approved on the 31st it has been 2 weeks and still no cable! I get stuff from china faster than this! I could have just returned the whole thing to amazon and got another one in 2 days, which I think I am going to do anyway since I cant test any of my other new computer hardware without this! I have a brand new computer just sitting around collecting dust waiting to be powered on. I am thinking of calling support and bitching but honestly It would just be a waste of time. email issue: When I made my support ticket I got the automated "we will respond within 2 days" email. However even after they did respond (5 days later) I did not get any email. I had to go to the support website every time to see any new messages, I did not get ANY other emails through the whole process. No emails were in my spam folder or deleted folder so unless google is actively deleting emails from corsair, something is wrong on their end.
