Help, about to be fired?...

I work at a large tech company in the bay area, one of the big 5, you have certainly used it recently.

Anyway, I was recently put on a project for 7 weeks and did abcolutely nothing. I showed up to meetings and talked on the calls but BS'd everything I did. I wrote no reports, closed no jira tickets, and have no proof I didn't do anything besides browse reddit. Now I'm concerned I will get fired. It wasn't all my fault, the PM's did nothing either. I would email every so often for guidance or tasks but would get nothing in return.

Now I have a phone call with the PM's and my manager. They will review what I completed. I am scared they will fire me. Even though they are desperately hiring people and I have a in-demand specialty, literally hundreds of people apply everyday.

I don't know why I posted this, I just needed to vent and can't tell any of my friends. I guess my CS career question is, what would you do? Admit that I didn't do anything or continue to BS my way though the project.
