IDs and TLC help, please?

I just brought these two guys home. I know the first one's an echeveria of some sort, but I have no idea what the second one is.

Also, the first one has a wrinkly leaf and the bottom leaves don't exactly look the best, but it was so pretty I couldn't resist. When I got it, someone had set a second large potted plant down ontop of it. The soil seemed a little dry, so I gave it a small drink of water.

I don't think the other plant being ontop of it caused the wrinkled leaf, though. It curls inward. All in all, it looks like it wasn't properly cared for. You can see that a few of the other leaves are broken at the tips and scarred up.
