Queueing with serious players

Hello everyone,

I have recently been placed in gold nova after a rank decay and some bad matches coming from master guardian. When I play matchmaking, a lot of times I queue with people who troll a lot, have no game knowledge or do not speak english (I am from the EU). My question is if there is any platform or way I can play with higher ranked people. It does not need to be matchmaking and their ranks do not need to be very high, but I just want to play with people who take the game a bit seriously. I am also looking for something that is free, or at least not expensive.

I hope there are some options out there for me.
