BitGo & Keyternal

Hello guys!

I'm fairly new to bitcoin and 2 months ago I have lost my password to my wallet and the keycard. Well since more than 1-2 months I'm trying to recover my wallet by the guys from BitGo telling me "Keyternal will contact you soon" and so far nothing happened.

Is there something I can do? Any tips & advice is welcome.
