Team help

Hey, I just started playing again and I'm looking for some advice about where to go with my box. It seems kinda over the place but I've been using either ars nova or Sylvie to farm. Anyone have any suggestions about where I should start in terms of team building, and if there are any farmable subs I should look out for?
