[For Hire] General Contractor/Painter for Condo Sale

All,

I am looking for recommendations for a painter for some repairs and paint work before I put my condominium up for sale. There are quite a few cracks that need to be repaired, some areas of my walls that need to be painted/touched up, a few drywall holes need to be fixed, and all the baseboards need to be cleaned, refinished and repainted.

I have a quote already and am looking for a few more before I make a decision. If you know anyone who is able to do the work, please let me know. Please do not contact me unless you actually do this or know someone who does this for a living. Unless the work is done correctly, I won't be paying you.
