Theory put forth by 4chan pol dude. Guy interviewed by CNN's name was Brennan M. Gilmore. Was traced and found that he works for State Dept. in C.A.R. as Chief Deputy. Some allegations concerning him responsible or connected. The wordpress URL in the photo talks about the theory. Seems plausible, at least worth noting. Little far fetched, but this guy, at the least is an interesting person to be at the right place to video tape the incident. Here is a archived version of the FIRST URL in the above photo. I archived it in case it is edited, as it is the only thing left saying Brennan works for the State Dept..

Didn't want to throw this onto my own account, but I guess I have to.
The Minivan was stopped and hit by the challenger, which pushed it into the intersection.
