Where to get Caliburn? Caliburn vs Modded Stryfe?

Interested in purchasing a Caliburn, didn't see anything about it in the faq's and wiki, so I thought I would ask here. Also, would you guys recommend getting a Caliburn, or Modding a Stryfe?
