Worth it to wait for Black Friday?

I'm looking to ditch my console and build a decent PC for gaming/data crunching. I'll likely be building something in between PCMR's Exterminator and Annihilator.

I can make due with waiting if it's worth it. My question is - is it worth it to wait for Black Friday deals, or should I just pull the trigger now?
