Multiple wallets with Electrum?

I have an Electrum wallet that i use for collecting drips. I want another wallet to transfer the bulk of my coin out of Coinbase and then another wallet for my son. Is this possible, if so how do i do that? Can i have multiple wallets under my one "login"?
