Omnipotence of the Christian God

Many people on here have questioned God's Omnipotence. They have argued that because God didn't create a world where freewill didn't inevitably lead to the possibility of sin which leads to suffering that he either is not omnipotent, or is not omnibenevolent.

I think the problem is with our understanding of how a holy God would use his omnipotence. The bible says that God has limited himself not to be able to do several things. He cannot lie, he cannot change, he cannot tolerate sin etc. If He chose to be holy rather than evil, why does this mean that he cannot be omnipotent and omnibenevolent?
