LOOKING for 100-250 SQ Ft of space for rent downtown -any help?

My company is looking for additional space that can be used for product photography downtown, ideally 100-200 SQ ft of space (think an extremely small office or a corner of a office that isn't being used.) around the 6th street area or by the Omni (8th and Brazos.) Any and all suggestions would be appreciated!

mods I wasn't sure if I should post this in classifieds or not...
