Looking for a space game. No Mans Sky, Elite dangerous? Other suggestions?

Hey all, straight to the point; looking for an (exploration) space game. I'm aware that NMS upon release was judged poorly, is that still the same now? Does it compare to ED? Send me suggestions :) Thanks!
