Windows 10 dead after factory reset.

Okay, I'm going crazy. I'm not an IT guy or extremely talented with computers at all, but typically when something messes up, I can fix it through extensive googling and just messing about. I. Am. Stumped.

Device: HP Stream 7 Tablet 5709, Windows 10 (No idea which version, can't get that far.)

Mother used this device for appx. a year before returning it to me. I plan on using it as the central hub for my HomeAssistant, but when I factory reset the device using the built in software option, it made it to about 70% and then rebooted. Now, it starts to theHP boot logo, then goes to a black screen. I can interact via touch, or OTG USB mouse and keyboard, but there is nothing happening. I've tried the various solutions for Windows 10 (that I could find) thinking it has a second display, when I hard-power it off, it boots to recovery, but the device came with no recovery media, and can't seem to find any of the bootable USB's I've made to try and restore it.

Does anyonehave any ideas?
