Help me, please...

I need help finding two songs...

So, this is all I have for the one that's actually bothering me right now: https://soundcloud.com/zackhart/help/s-0WeLY and I want to say it's kinda country-pop with a feel good summery vibe... I don't really know...

For the other one, I only kinda recall the music video:

I remember that I watched it on MTV a LONG time ago (around 2001) and since at that time I didn't care a lot about music, I didn't pay that much attention, but I'm really curious as to what song it was so I want to find it...

I don't remember much about the video, but I remember it had to do with a girl saving a fish (?) and she steals it from a fish store and some guys are after her and then she goes into a laundry and changes clothes and I think she releases the fish in the end... Also, I think the fish had a human face and it was a goldfish, I think...

I don't remember much since I watched it once 15 years ago and never again after that, but I've really been trying to find it since last year, so if you could help me (or show me a page to find it) I would appreciate it a lot...
