Req - Trading Post remembers last location

Can you make the trading post stay with the same location selected after the portal closes so that it doesn't reset to Egypt all the time. Even better is just have us select the location while we're opening each time. Not sure why two buttons exist.

Also fix donation bugs. It's not hard to implement reliable transactions...
