Hitting a brick wall on PvE and BR

I got this game yesterday and I hit a wall on PvE. I'm currently level 29 with no quests to level up with 170k BR. I can't get past the PVE stages because I'm around 30k under the recommended. How can I level up now that I have finished all of my quests? Also, is my lineup the reason I'm not doing well?

My Lineup: Dora, Night Sentinel, Ice Blade, Lunaria, Zweihander, Little Witch. My thoughts on this lineup: I really only care about Dora and Night Sentinel. Ice blade doesnt seem that good, Zweihander doesn't really seem to be good at anything, and Little witch doesn't seem like the best control character in the game. I'm really close to recruiting Zen Guardian(To replace Zweihander) and halfway to High Priestess(to replace Lunaria). I feel like an AOE would help PvE.
