I'm losing my mind over finding an entry level job

Unemployment

I've been unemployed for a little over a year now and three months now out of college. Over 700 applications easily. 25+ Phone interviews and only 1 in person interview. I'm at my wits end and every time I get rejected I feel like shit for a week or more.

I just had one of the best phone interviews I've ever had last week, it went on for fourty minutes and I checked all the boxes and had multiple answers that made her say how it was a good answer or made her laugh. I got the rejection email this morning, typical. I just can't handle this shit anymore.

Should I just go back to school and get my masters? I've also considered going back to get my pre-med requirements and go to med school, but my gpa was only 3.2 so I don't think that's really an option. I have no direction anymore. I don't even want to do the jobs I'm applying to but it's the only thing I can do with the experience I have.

I don't even know anymore. I'm losing my fucking mind and I just want this to end. I'm only happy when I take a few days off from job searching. If I have an interview coming up it's the only thing I think about, and afterwards it's the only thing I think about until I get the inevitable rejection. I try to stay positive but it's getting harder and harder with each passing day. I'm also going through some health issues which is compounding with the stress from the job search.

Honestly I don't even know what I'm going for here. A rant, a vent, asking for advice, I don't know.
