Got booed off stage by liberals because I advocated for community self defense

Last night there was a vigil/speak out in honor of our fallen comrades. I volunteered to speak as a member of the IWW and general defense committee. The event was organized by our local Indivisible chapter along with a ton of other liberal groups. When I spoke everyone was with me until I said that we need to be able to protect ourselves and loved ones and we can do that by taking kickboxing lessons, carrying pepper spray or learning how to use firearms.

There were a lot of elected officials there including our mayor who loves fucking with the homeless, he got universal praise. Wheb I talked about how to actually fight against fascism tge liberals cried "don't give them what they want!!"

At least the radicals in the crowd cheered me on. Moral of the story, never trust liberals; their perceived moral superiority means they will never self-crit and are not comrades.
