Which pronunciation of あげる is correct?

Hi, I've heard pronunciations of あげる where it is either pronounced "ageru" or "angyeru." Which would be more standard?

Also, I heard "angyeru" from an anki core 6k deck but it seems to me that "ageru" would be how you pronounce it. Can anybody vouch for speech accuracy in the optimized core 2k/6k anki decks?

Also also, does this apply to other words such as あがる or すごく? (the kinda "rolling the g" sound)
