Prime95 settings for i7-7700K temp testing?

Dear community,

I hope you can give me some advice although this might not be the right subreddit. I am trying to test the temperatures of my ASUS Z270 Gaming setup, featuring an i7-7700K (water cooled by Kraken X62) with 64GB of G.Skill RAM. The components are NOT overclocked.

I ran a CPU stress test using the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility for 15 Minutes, resulting in maximal temperatures of Package: 67 Celsius, Core 1: 67 Celsius, Core 2: 65 Celsius, Core 3: 64 Celsius, Core 4: 64 Celsius measured with HW Monitor.

However, I was told that the Intel tool is not accurate and I should test with Prime95. I have used Prime95 in the past, but all threads and manuals about settings I have found are either old or do not recommend Prime95 nowadays.

So my questions are: Are the tests with the Intel tool helpful? Are my results okay for my setup? If I should test with Prime, which settings should I choose for temperature testing and which version of Prime95 should I use? Which temperatures are acceptable for my setup and what would be too hot?

Thank you so much for your help!
