Ftm with little to no dysphoria and concerned about hormones
Hello! I recently came out to my immediate family about being genderqueer (I'm a little scared to say I'm transgender...I'm not 100% sure yet). Anyway, my family accepted me. My mom was a little rude about it at first but now she's cool with it. Even my grandmother is perfectly fine with it! I pass very well in public so I plan to begin socially transitioning once school starts. I grow hair at an insanely fast rate, so my arms and legs are pretty hairy. (I shave my face every week). I am biologically female but do not look like it at all. I even have broad shoulders and a slightly muscular build. So I don't experience dysphoria often (I only experience it sometimes when I'm not wearing a binder). Im debating if when I get older if I even have to take hormones at all. The side effects of testosterone is concerning in itself. I mean, liver damage and blood clots?? That sounds dangerous. Does anyone on testosterone have any thoughts on my situation and the side effects of T?
