Where (or which neigborhoods) would be my best bet to live in Calgary and access fiber Internet?

I read that fiber installation started in 2014 and I've checked Telus, Bell, Shaw - none show a coverage map. Instead they require an address with unit number to check if you can access it (and all the addresses I've checked are not connectable). Bell chat referred me to the Bell Aliant site that recursively redirected me back to Bell, Shaw emailed that they can only check specific addresses and can't indicate areas, and Axia is only for rural towns. Help?
