Extra Copies of Your Pool Characters.

So does anyone else have the problem of having a character pool character show up 3-5 tims in a playthrough. It happens a lot in missions were my team joins up with 2 or 3 soldiers on the ground and I'll already be using my character pool character then creates another of the same one.

Is there anyway to fix this?
