Hide ranks until after match

Discussion

Something that I've noticed in CSGO is that a lot of potential toxicity is negated by not providing the information of ranks throughout the game.

Only when you finish do you get to confirm and/or be pleasantly surprised that you under/over-performed.

Being matched with other ranks is not only inevitable, but also necessary to challenge oneself. But if that kind of information is going to deter you from the end objective of self-improvement, why not hide it until the end?

I'm not saying that this will completely abolish toxicity. But it sure as heck will aid in shutting people up about menial factors that may or may not contribute to the results.

My tennis coach in High School once told me, "Don't get salty that a player that is worse than you wants to play with you. That's the only way he gets better. Wouldn't you want to play against better players to test yourself?"

If B only plays with B, they will always stay B. Yes, if A plays with B, they MAY go down to B meanwhile, B has the opportunity to surpass A. But that's the privilege of being A. You can't just condemn people to stay their lane and complain about matchmaking because "everyone but me is shit." Step up your game and take responsibility for your rank.
