[EVERYTHING] How exactly did Cersei figure that Jaime had...

...betrayed her?

Since she claimed to know about the clandestine meeting that Bronn set up with Tyrion, how the hell does she figure that Jaime "betrayed" her? at the end of their conversation she says, Don't betray me again

What?

Jaime came right up and told her about the meeting the first chance she got! Or did she want or expect him to kill Tyrion?
