chaos magick

Hello! So I'm just learning about magic/k and all that fun stuff. I am more inclined to chaos since I have always believed nothing and everything is real and do not like to be stuck with one dogmatic belief. Yet when I went to a shop to get some crystals and just explore I asked if they had any chaos magick book and they got very offended saying it was only a good light shop and when I just tried to explain everything is subjective they said that the greatest darkness is disguised as light.

I'm not dumb I know there is good and bad in everything but I am also, like I said, new at all this. I'd like to know your thoughts on chaos magic. I just wanted to get a better understanding. And I'm not posting in the chaos thread because I'd love to get an understanding from various beliefs and people and experiences.

Thanks for reading and the help!
