This is what I think it is, but please correct me if I'm wrong:

Hallo und guten Tag, Ich heiße <name>,Ich bin ein elektromechanischer Ingenieur aus Mexiko und ich have Deutsch gelernt seit 2010 (zweitausendzehn). Ich hoffe dass Sie können mich für die deutsche Jobposition betrachten. Vielen Dank
