[PS4][America][1219 SR] Flex player looking for communicative, casual team for Quickplay & Comp

Hey all! I'm Level 32, don't really main anyone (I'd rather be flexible) but I play a lot of Mercy, D.Va, Junkrat, and Pharah (in that order) but I'm trying to get better at all of the characters so I can play whatever the Team Comp requires. I have a had a hard time finding a team and I just started on Competitive this weekend and I am SO DONE with people leaving in the middle of the game. I just want to get better at Overwatch and have a positive gaming experience with cool people!

What I'm looking for:

• People willing to pay attention to team composition and switch around heroes depending on what's needed, and to let us all learn to play the other characters.
• People who take the games seriously but don't rage quit or act negatively when things aren't going our way in a match.
• People who USE MICS (this is a requirement) so we can talk and come up with strategies instead of going in blind.
• Willing to play competitive or Quick Play and grow as a team!
• There's no "age requirement" per se, but I am 22 years old so I'd prefer people around that age range.
• Obviously, must also be on Playstation. :)
• An overall positive attitude is a must! I play video games to have fun and meet new people, and while I'm definitely a competitive person, let's keep the spirit of the game fun, alright?
