Parking garages

Hi everyone!

I'm moving to the Monument Square area of Troy tomorrow from the tri-state. I'm nervous about the winters and would like to keep my car in a garage. I've been checking over the past few weeks and the State Street Garage has consistently had no vacancies. Is there a time where demand dies down and I can get a monthly spot?
