Anyone recommend a budget helmet with front flip up, integrated sunglasses and removable lining that doesn't sound like the cops are behind you?

I've been wearing a cheap £40 box helmet and while it's comfortable and quiet, it's a bit tight for intercom and doesn't have sunglasses. I also dropped it so it's going to be my spare.

I borrowed a flip up one that was £250 new and when I went over 40mph and tilted my head slightly it sounded like it was being pulled over. Don't mind spending £150 to £200 (would prefer less though) if anyone can recommend a good one?
