When Jon touches Drogon for the first time... What a great job they did with this scene.

I love the sound of the Duduk (an Armenian woodwind instrument) when Jon makes contact. It's a beautiful, yet mysterious and haunting sound. It was just so affective, and brought so much emotion to the scene. The plot and acting obviously drive this show forward, as well as the stellar cinematography. But the incredible music in Game of Thrones should be lauded, too.
