Needing some advice on 2 corn snakes fighting!

Our 2 corn snakes were sold to us as a pair in the same Viv as apparently they have always been kept together and fine. Usually they are perfectly fine and snuggle up under a log together happily. We try and feed them at different ends of the Viv but it's getting increasingly difficult as they start to fight. One bit me today and then when I finally got it to strike the mouse the other (who had already eaten) started attacking it, the one with the mouse kept hold of the mouse and constricted the other snake so tightly I honestly thought it was going to kill it. Eventually it let go but they were both very jumpy and keeping an eye on each other and then the one that bit me struck the glass a bit later on. Does anyone have any advice?
