I Hate Lag

Does anybody else have lag on the arrow when you pull back the ball to shoot? I can almost never hit it perfect because every time I shoot it is so glitchy. It's even worse when the countdown timer starts. Does this happen to anyone else and is there any way to fix it? It doesn't seem to matter if I'm on wifi or 4g. It's really annoying and it's losing me matches.
