If you could remove only two races out of America, which would it be from these three: Arabs, Blacks or Mexican and why?

In a hypothetical situation Americas resources only allow deportation of two out of these three races who would you select and why.

I chose those three since they seem to be Americas more prominent minorities.

Edit: I forgot to add the Jews, I clearly meant minorities clam the fuck down with "Mexicans aren't a race"
