Bingo Question - classify "Daughter of the Empire" by Janny Wurts / Raymond Feist?

Howdy y'all..

So I just got finished reading a couple of non fictions and needed to get back to the Bingo again :) I want to shift a few books around and need a new "fantasy of manners"..

Would "Daughter of the Empire" count?

I've read the "Magician Series" about the war and the invading "expy-asia" warriors. This story seems to be about a young girl being thrust headlong into court politics, arranged marriages etc?
