University Terrace questions

I'll be moving into UT soon for my last year. I was studying abroad last semester so I had a shit time trying to find a place to stay, and I ended up here. I'll be staying in a 3BR 2Bath furnished unit with some close friends. I've heard less than stellar things about living here and so I have some questions:

How is the provided internet? Does the kitchen come with a microwave? Is the sound insulation really as bad as they say?

I know a lot of people like to complain about everything so I might just be getting only the bad info. Tell me about any personal good/bad experiences you might have had.
