why aren't Spanish holocaust denialists banned from /r/europe?

One of the things I hate when browsing r/europe is foreign people implying that evil Spaniards somehow opressed and exploited poor Catalans during the dictatorship. It comes up in almost every thread about catalan independence and it really makes my blood boil. Especially with me being from a region where people would die from starvation back then unless they moved to rich and propsperous Catalonia. My grandparents were slaughtered by the dictatorship like several other million people and yet we still have to deal with entitled foreigners telling us how we spaniards somehow were oppressing "minorities"?

I do have a thick skin and am completely fine with 4chan-like unmoderated forums where one does have to put up with anything, but r/europe does have a strict moderation policy, right? Why are these things allowed?
