Need help starting bike

Won't kick start so I figure the battery is dead but after an hour of trying to push start it idk what is wrong, I'm suspecting maybe the throttle?

I get going down the hill and drop the clutch, engine starts but immediately stalls out after. It will stay running if I'm moving but if I pull the clutch it will stall out, if I try to give it gas and get moving it will stall out. Literally messed around with it for an hour and I have no idea what's wrong.

Any ideas?
