need help figuring out how to decipher language (i.e., play-by-play outcome for football games) and extract certain data

For example, I want to have a code that can read through the play-by-play box score and determine how many 30+ yard passes the home team completed while they were on their side of the field, losing at that point in the game and it was in the 4th quarter. I can surely provide more info (e.g., sheets, tables) or more examples. I just have a very rudimentary understanding of Excel and would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you!
