[MAIN SPOILERS] About the northern Lords

One thing that bothers me is that the northern Lords seem to be unreasonably bitchy about Jon's actions. Jon is doing everything he can, travelling through westeros to secure alliances to help fight the night king while the lords just sit in Winterfell complaining about Jon not being in their general proximity. They named him the King in the North because he is a man of action, and he is doing literally the best he can to save their asses. It just seems very unreasonable to me.
