Why is this still only chinese coin?

I wonder, why this coin keeps so low profile when it is more that one year old and seems to have solid tech and active developers? I think developers should be more open about their work and themselfs and be more engaged in english speaking community. It could easily build on Neo success.

I am sure that western speculators would gladly pour their money into it if it was available on some english speaking exchange even now.
