has anyone missed the mark of being a 'full time student' but still received full financial aid compensation?

like the title says. has anybody been qualified/accepted to recieve pell grant/loan money but opted to go part time... did you still receive the full grant money?

and also tell me what grade you were in (freshmen-senior). how many hours did you miss the mark of full time student by? (mind you full time is 12 credits hours).
