Twitch mods & library stuck in loading loop

So, I've been playing modded minecraft through the twitch client recently and a few days ago twitch wasn't launching at all (I managed to fix that) but now when I try to access minecraft modpacks or the Twitch library tab it just says "Loading" and nothing else. (Also all my packs are gone due to having to reinstall) any reasons for this or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
