Need help in finding a movie trailer. Can you identify it?

Setting: a young boy is walking along a highway. He stops and stands with his back to some bushes but then hears something and slowly walks into the bushes. All of. Sudden he sees a creepy looking clown with sharp teeth holding some balloons. Behind the clown looks like a storm drain. This is all from memory so some detail I might have got wrong. I'm convinced it had something to do with the new Stephen King IT movie but the clown didn't look like pennywise. It was only a few months ago when I saw it. Any ideas?
