Is getting high once a day from a drug then the next day you get high once a day from another drug considered polysubstance abuse, or is getting high continuously with different drugs everyday? (Both?)

This might be a dumb question but I'm a pretty moderate user. Lately though I've been doing drugs almost everyday for 3 days (Because of the weekends. Friday - Sunday) and I've done Alcohol on friday, phenibut on saturday, and caffeine + nictoine on sunday. I'm thinking about doing Etizolam today but not because I NEED to, but because I want to. I did consider waiting for the weekend again. It won't hurt to wait, I will probably change my mind today because I'm pretty indecisive and I fear of falling into addiction.
